Monday

Breakfast: muffins, yogurt, bananas
Dinner: Italian chicken soup, spinach salad, garlic bread

Tuesday
Breakfast: omelets, toast, applesauce
Dinner: brown sugar salmon, broccoli, glazed carrots, rice pilaf

Wednesday
Breakfast: pancakes, bacon, fruit cup
Dinner: tamale pie, Mexican salad

Thursday
Breakfast: oatmeal, fresh fruit
Lunch: Thanksgiving Day feast
Dinner: homemade veggie pizza, salad

Friday
Breakfast: bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, oranges
Dinner: white chili, relishes

Saturday

Breakfast: muffins, string cheese, apple slices
Lunch: cheesy chicken and broccoli shells
Dinner: stroganoff, peas, carrots

Sunday
Breakfast: coffee cake, fresh fruit
Lunch: bbq chicken sandwich, salad, tomato wedges
Dinner: roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, honey oatmeal bread
