Meal Plan Monday, November 16th through 22nd




I enjoy reading the meal plans and recipes of other families so there must be other people who enjoy the same thing. This blog is for those of you who like to see what others are eating. I hope my menus will help generate new ideas for you.


The following is my menu for the week of November 16th. You will see that lunch is only planned out on the weekends. I do not plan through the week unless we are on a break from school. My kids eat the school lunch or take their lunch box. If it's the latter, I usually let them choose between leftovers or a pbj.


Monday

Breakfast: hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, fresh oranges
Dinner: chili bake, corn bread, salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: pumpkin pancakes, bacon, banana
Dinner: pan-fried tilapia, green beans, corn, hush puppies

Wednesday
Breakfast: oatmeal, peanut butter apples
Dinner: chicken and dumplings, salad

Thursday
Breakfast: bacon, egg, & cheese biscuits, grapes
Dinner: steak soup, garlic bread

Friday
Breakfast: buttermilk waffles, sausage, applesauce
Dinner: frittata, toast, fruit salad

Saturday
Breakfast: cold cereal, leftover fruit salad
Dinner: chicken curry, rice, roasted veggies

Sunday
Breakfast: apple crater cake
Lunch: loaded baked potatoes, salad
Dinner: roast pork tenderloin, squash, green beans
