This week is going to be a wild one as my to-do list is soooo long. Today I have to deliver a cake to a friend for her birthday and then later in the week I will need to make two more cakes for birthday parties plus pick up a gift for one of the parties. I also need to bake and then put together cookie platters for the ladies at work, run across town to school to buy my school books for next semester, try to get to the gym at least three times before Sunday, and of course I have to work for the next five days. Oh! and I also need to pick up two more Christmas gifts.
So...
because the week will be so busy, the following menu is not the most creative. It is quick and easy; just what I need on such a busy week.
Monday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, cinnamon toast, clementines
Dinner: pan-fried tilapia, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes

Breakfast: pancakes, sausage, applesauce
Dinner: vegetable soup, wheat rolls
Wednesday
Breakfast: muffins, peanut butter apples, yogurt
Dinner: Austrian ham & noodles, salad
Thursday
Breakfast: oatmeal, smokey links, grapes
Dinner: stir-fried chicken & veggies over rice, egg rolls
Friday
Breakfast: baked french toast, bacon, banana
Dinner: leftover turkey casserole, sauteed apples
Saturday
Breakfast: cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit
Lunch: taco salad
Dinner: baked spaghetti, spinach salad
Sunday
Breakfast: cereal, fresh fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: roast beef, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
